Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on intro sessions, but if you give us 48 hours notice, we are happy to reschedule your intro session.

If you have bought a package, but cannot continue training with us, we are happy to provide a refund, minus any discount that the package provided and any credit card processing fees that we may have incurred.


Reschedule Policy

We allow clients to reschedule sessions if given 48 hours notice. In the event of sickness or an emergency, we are happy to reschedule if given 24 hours notice (limited to 1 time per duration of your package.) Otherwise, we do not accept same-day cancellations/reschedules and your session will be forfeit.
